Garden Salad

Course: Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 White Radish peeled & cubed
  • 2 small Carrot peeled & cubed
  • 1 medium Cucumber peeled & cubed
  • 5-6 Black Olives chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced

Method
 

  1. Mix everything together, except for the lemon, in a large bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice on top and that’s it!
  2. This will fill you up and keep you feeling fresh and energetic. Also, the combination of colors and freshness of the vegetables is quite visually appealing.
